Counselling site + booking funnel Migration & GHL booking

Everyday Love: migrate the site, automate the booking

Live: everydaylove.com.au

Everyday Love relationship counselling website

Outcome

The practice site now lives on WordPress/WooCommerce, and couples can book an introductory session through a GoHighLevel funnel instead of chasing inquiries across email and chat.

Problem

Everyday Love is a relationship counselling practice in Sandringham, Victoria—in-person couples work, Zoom by arrangement, and the Back to Love course. Booking an intro session and keeping the site maintainable needed a cleaner stack: a WordPress/WooCommerce home for the public site, and a booking funnel that actually lands on the calendar.

What I did

  • Migrated the website onto WordPress and WooCommerce so content and commerce sit in one CMS
  • Connected introductory-session booking to a GoHighLevel funnel—calendar, follow-up, and handoff instead of scattered inquiries
  • Kept the live counselling offer intact: Sandringham in-person sessions, Zoom by arrangement, and a clear path to book deeper work
  • Checked pages, forms, and booking CTAs after cutover so the new stack did not leak leads

“Li moved Everyday Love onto WordPress without losing the feel of the practice. Intro sessions used to scatter across email—now couples book through a proper funnel. Careful, responsive, and the work actually lands.”
