Buyers, sellers, and renters land on a clear Brooklyn Compass team site—recent transactions, team story, and a path to inquire—instead of hunting through listings with no next step.

Problem

Jennyrose Halupka and Gina Carlino Halupka needed a digital home that matched how they actually work: thoughtful strategy, Compass-backed NYC/Brooklyn inventory, and a personal tone. A generic agent page would not carry recent sales, resources, or the “your home, our mission” pitch.

What I did

• Designed and built the team site around property presentation and inquiry, not a brochure dump
• Structured recent transactions, resources, and CTAs so browsers know how to reach the team
• Kept layout and UX aligned with a luxury Compass standard for Brooklyn and NYC
• Tuned hierarchy so the team, the market, and the next conversation sit in one flow
