A polished Compass advisor site for Brooklyn and Manhattan that looks premium, loads cleanly, and is structured to turn listing browsers into inquiries.

Problem

High-end NYC real estate marketing needs presence that matches the portfolio—not a generic template. Layout, branding, and front-end polish had to feel intentional while staying fast and easy to update.

What I did

• Designed and built the site in Cargo3 with custom CSS
• Tuned visual hierarchy, branding, and responsiveness for a luxury portfolio standard
• Prioritized conversion paths so browsers know how to reach out
• Polished front-end details that separate a premium site from a stock build
